We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the courier.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The studio is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Chipola Studio has the right to cancel one's order if items are out of stock or due to shipping considerations.
In this case, the customer will receive full refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.
If any item arrives damaged, take a photo of the damage - front, back, and sides. Send them to us to email firstname.lastname@example.org
describing the damage.
If the item does not match what you ordered or does not meet your expectations, please contact me and describe the issue.
After our reply to your message, you can send the item back in its original package, within 30 days of delivery. You can request a refund or replacement, and it will be given after we receive the recurring package. In this case, please keep the shipping voucher.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
